This is the rally math for determing the defense debuff necessary to get a maximum hit on someone with their hero in the Wonder.
Please keep in mind, the amount of debuffs needed now varies greatly based upon the enemy’s orb boosts and research level (academy 24). The best TDD to have will usually fall somewhere between these two values.
Also, remember – this will zero all of their resistance as well. You *can* get a burn without having their resistance zeroed. Up to the point that resistance has been zeroed, though, TDD is the most valuable stat. You can not get a burn if you don’t zero at least their BASE defense (the number at the bottom of the second table) – unless they’re low troop count.
